The city of Opa-Locka awarded the design-build contract to Mastermind Construction, Inc. with EBS Engineering, Inc. as the lead design consultant for the about 1.0-mile Section of the 2-lane rural collector roadway.

The project consists of the analysis of existing drainage system, milling and resurfacing of the deteriorating roadway, signing and pavement marking, utility coordination, permitting including surveying and geotechnical works.
