FDOT D4 awarded a contract to New Millennium Design Consultants Inc. as the prime consultant for the design of SW 137 Avenue from US-1 to SW 200 Street in Miami-Dade County. EBS as a sub-consultant was assigned to provide lighting analysis and design, signalization, signing and pavement marking plans.
