On October 25, 2010, DERM inspected the facility located at 140-142 West 29 Street in Hialeah, Florida and documented that a washbasin was discharging into a stormwater system. A Notice of Violation (NOV) was issued to the property owner followed by a request for corrective action and a notice of required testing (NORT).

In February 2015, EBS Engineering, Inc. (EBS) was contracted by the property owner to conduct groundwater sampling at the property to help bring the property into compliance as per DERM’s requirements.
