Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) contracted EBS using DTPW’s Materials Testing, Consulting and Training Services (E15-PWWM-09) contract to provide moisture survey and fungi mold assessment within the Administration Building and Building #2 of Homestead General Airport located at 28700 SW 217 Ave in Homestead, Florida.

This fungi mold and moisture survey were performed in general accordance with the provisions of the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) S520 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation guidelines.
