EBS was contracted by AEK, LLC to provide environmental consulting services prior to property transaction for the property located at 101 NW 176 Street in Miami, Florida. EBS conducted the Phase I Environmental Assessment to investigate the general site and nearby properties conditions relative to environmental concerns, as part of a property transaction for the property.

The Phase I environmental site assessment of the property was conducted as per ASTM Standard Practice E 1527-13 to identify any existing Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) which may exist at the site or adjacent properties that could adversely impact the property.
