Miami-Dade County Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD) contracted EBS to provide Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for the Vacant Lot prior to planned development on the parcel.

The Phase I environmental site assessments of the vacant lot was conducted as per ASTM Standard Practice E 1527-13 to identify any existing Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) which may exist at the site or adjacent properties that could adversely impact the subject site. A Phase II ESA was also performed on the site to investigate the potential impacts to the soil and groundwater on the site.
