FDOT D4 awarded a contract to EBS Engineering, Inc. as the prime consultant for the design of about 3.41-mile section of the 2-lane rural highway for resurfacing. The project consists of milling and resurfacing of the deteriorating roadway, adding 5’ paved shoulder on both sides including surveying, signing and pavement marking, utility coordination, wetland delineation, post-design services, etc.
