The city of North Miami contracted EBS Engineering, Inc. as the prime consultant to conduct a visual survey of its roadway and to develop a management program that prioritizes repairs, replacement, and improvements.

The work included conducting a right-of-way condition survey (ROWCS) for all roadways within its boundaries. The main tasks were field data collection, creation of data spreadsheet and preparation of report including cost estimates for addressing the documented issues, etc.
