Miami-Dade County GSA in association with Community Action Agency (CAA) awarded a contract to EBS Engineering, Inc. (EBS) for Lead-based paint, fungi mold testing and abatement in Miami-Dade Courthouse building located at 73 West Flagler Street, Miami, Florida.

The scope of services included lead-based paint risk assessment, moisture and mold assessment; preparation of reports with recommendations, work action plans, project management, and abatement reports, etc. This project was accomplished in two phases – the testing and assessment phase, and the abatement phase.
