Miami-Dade County Public Works Department contracted EBS Engineering, Inc. (EBS) for 3 years to provide materials testing and consulting including environmental inspection services to all County Departments/agencies – including Miami-Dade Housing Agency, Miami-Dade Aviation Department, Water and Sewer Department, etc.

This was a long term continuing environmental testing and consulting services for county facilities throughout Miami-Dade County. For the duration for the contract, EBS provided environmental services including lead-based paint evaluation services, asbestos consulting, fungi mold assessment and testing, radon and indoor air quality consulting on an as needed basis to WASD, MDHA and many other County departments or agencies’ facilities.
