EBS was retained by the City of Miami, Department of Economic Development to conduct a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (Phase II) at the Little Haiti Housing Association property located at 181 NE 82nd Street in Miami, Florida.

The purpose of Phase II was to investigate the potential impacts to the subsurface soil and groundwater of the subject site due to an adjacent contaminated dry cleaner property located to the east, and a neighboring contaminated auto repair facility located north of the subject site.
