In accordance with Department of Environmental Resource Management (DERM) Soil Confirmation Sampling Plan Proposal approval, EBS Engineering, Inc. (EBS) conducted soil sampling at Jose Marti Park located at 242 SW 4th Street in Miami, Florida. The purpose of the soil sampling was to confirm current total arsenic soil contaminant concentrations following re-development of the property as a community building. At the request of The City of Miami, EBS developed a soil sampling plan for DERM approval to investigate the landscaped and unpaved areas of the property.
