EBS was contracted by HUD for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract ordered via task orders for HUD-owned multi-family properties. The purpose of this contract was to conduct Lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments for multi-family properties including field inspections, risk assessments, wipe sampling and analysis, reports, etc.

We completed 3 task orders, consisting of over 2,550 units at 106 properties in 21 States including Pennsylvania through Michigan to California to Texas and Florida. With the support of our subconsultants, PEER Consultant and EMG, EBS was ranked consistently as one of the top performers throughout the duration of the contract.
