CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT

Miami-Dade County Office of Capital Improvements (OCI) contracted EBS Engineering, Inc. (EBS) for 3 years to provide construction engineering and inspection services to the Miami-Dade Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM) and Public Works Department (PWD). For the duration for the contract, EBS provided inspectors and construction managers, estimators, office engineers to ensure strict compliance of the contractors with the individual project plans and specifications, and Miami-Dade County and FHWA/FEMA standards and procedures.
