FDOT D4 awarded a contract to Stanley Consultants Inc. as the prime consultant for the design of about 1.85-mile section of SR 80/880 and 1.12-mile section of SR 717 in Palm Beach. EBS as a sub-consultant to Stanley was assigned to provide pavement design, traffic control plan, computation books, signing and pavement marking plans.
